Come down to our training sessions!
- Women: 7:30 till 8:30.
- Men: 8:30-9:30 pm Monday
- Juveniles: 4:30 Fridays at Choueifat school. Call Patrick English (050 671 8499) or Rory Mallon (050 813 2381) for more details about training for kids.
Venue for men's and ladies' training: Zayed Sports City.
Try to make it down before this time so you can get warmed up and ready to go as soon as the lights come on.
